Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
